Hello, my name is Ian and I am a compulsive blogger. I was born to blog. Rumour has it that the nurse dropped me onto a computer keyboard seconds after I was born and my fate was sealed. My house contains more computers than humans. I start shaking and break out in a cold sweat if my internet connection goes down for more than five minutes. My favourite pastime is searching the net for Blogs I haven’t posted a message on yet; and if I find a brand new blog and am the first person to post a comment on it I almost pass out in ecstasy. My computers all have names and my favourite one cost more than my car. The first thing I do in the morning, even before breakfast, is to check my emails, and if I don’t check them last thing at night before going to bed I have nightmares that I have missed out on something important. Even when away from home I must ensure I take my cell phone with me so I have the reassurance of constant access to the net and know all the wireless hotspots in my town. I am NOT a blog adict… despite what my close friends claim.
